Site is part of the 250± acres of Alico Road 254 Industrial
Subdivision Industrial Planned Development (IPD) approved and
adopted by the Board of County Commissioners of Lee County as
Zoning Resolution Number Z-04-055 on November 15, 2004. This IPD zoning provides for
Commercial Uses along the Alico Road frontage, restricted
industrial uses within the northern-most Residential Buffer
Area of the 250± acres, and Heavy Industrial Uses with a
maximum building height of 45 feet for interior parcels,
including the Subject Property 30.1± acres.
w Infrastructure:
Lee Road is a two-laned North-South road with asphalt pavement
within a 60-foot wide Access and Utility Easement extending
north from its signalized intersection with Alico Road to a
