Whitney Interstate Industrial Park Market Updates

Important Dates:

7/1/08 -

Over the past 24 months we have reduced our debt in the amount of $1,044,350.00.

Lee County’s residential market has seen an increase in sales activity the last two months, proving that the area is rebounding; giving us more confidence to advance development.  As previously reported, our Development Order (DO) is in place allowing for forward motion when the time is right.

Currently, we are in negotiations with various financial institutions to consolidate our short term debt.  We will keep you posted on future developments. If you have any further questions, please feel free to call me.

As previously reported, we have successfully secured our Development Order and we continue to solicit bids for our horizontal development costs. We have reduced our debt burden in 2007 by some US$640,000.

Clearly, the over all real estate market has softened; in particular the single family housing sector. The commercial market remains encouraging. This notwithstanding our original development time line has been extended. We intend to keep the syndication open, with an aim to raise additional capital to: i) continue our debt reduction efforts, ii) secure the required funds to commence and complete the development activities and iii) possibly build-out one parcel .

We will endeavor to supply you with on-going up-dates via this web site.

Please email Lu Ann Pascucci (luannpascucci@wincorporate.com) with any changes in email addresses, mailing addresses or any other contact information.

  1. Our Engineers are giving us positive feedback that our DO (development order) will be issued soon.  There are two steps which need to be completed by the Master Developer, who own the entire 253 acres.  They are:

    1. Back bone water system needs to be completed

    2. The road leading to our acreage is completed, but the CC (certificate of completion) has yet to be issued by the county.  This should happen in the next week or so.

  2. Next week we will begin acquiring bids for land clearing, installing utilities and signage
