Alico Investors I, LLC (the “Company”) is a limited liability company formed under the laws of the State of Alaska and with authority to do business in the State of Florida to (i) invest substantially all of its assets to purchase, develop and sell certain real estate located on Alico Road in Fort Myers, Florida, (ii) consolidate assets into a single, cost-effective investment vehicle; (iii) provide consolidated management of the Company assets; (iv) provide greater access to investment opportunities; (v) provide protection to Company assets from claims of future creditors and/or frivolous litigation against the Members; and (vi) avoid potentially expensive litigation and disputes over these assets by providing mechanisms that will provide for their management and procedures to resolve disputes.  In order to accomplish such purposes, the Company has the authority to (i) invest substantially all of its assets to purchase, develop and sell certain real estate located on Alico Road in Fort Myers, Florida; (ii) lease, manage, operate, invest in, deal in, and otherwise hold real and personal property of all kinds; (iii) invest Company property in all types of business entities; (iv) reinvest Company property or income whether or not the original purpose for the initial investment has been accomplished; and (v) engage in any other lawful trade, business or investment activity for which a limited liability company may be organized under the laws of the State of Alaska.  A limited liability company was chosen as the investment vehicle because it affords the investors the protection of limited liability.  The Executive Officers of Alico Investors I, LLC are Russ Whitney, its Chief Executive Officer; Kent Densley, its Vice President and Ronald S. Russ Whitney, Chief Executive Officer

Kent Densley, Vice President

Kent Densley, Vice President of Land Acquisitions and Sales of Whitney Information Network, Inc. and a member of Russ Whitney’s power team, is a former international banker and energy developer, with expertise in mergers, acquisitions, financial, restructurings and business development.  Mr. Densley holds a Masters Degree in International Management (with Honors) from the American Graduate School of International Management and has lived in Hong Kong, Taiwan, Philippines, Singapore and London.

Ronald S. Simon, Secretary and Treasurer

Ronald Simon, Executive Vice President, Secretary, and Director of Whitney Information Network, Inc. and a member of Russ Whitney’s power team, is a Certified Public Accountant.  He has been with the Organization since 1998, and was the acting Chief Financial Officer for three years.  Mr. Simon holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Illinois.
